As part of the new project, we worked with Gazpromneft. We were approached by a representative of its educational department with the task of developing an internal service that would optimize the process of training employees.

School

With the emergence of new tools and technologies, internal corporate education seems to be becoming more and more popular. And with its popularization a new request appears to create convenient services that would allow to optimize the learning process. We participated in the creation of such a project in cooperation with Gazpromneft.

So, Gazpromneft, like many large corporations today, is expanding its internal training of employees to develop expertise in business and create a common unified practice of data analysis in the company.

The start of development

We were to develop a website for the Gazpromneft School of Analytics as a tool to optimize the educational process. It was designed to allow the company’s employees to navigate comfortably through a comprehensive training program that includes theory, practice and data analysis tools.

System management

The next step was the implementation of the admin panel, which would make it possible to manage the data of the website, changing the list of events, information about teachers and additional materials.

Meanwhile, the system we developed was designed exclusively for the employees of Gazpromneft, and all resources were to be accessed exclusively from their local network.

Design

One of the most difficult and interesting logistic tasks as always became the implementation of UX/UI design of the site itself. It was necessary to form maximally convenient and aesthetic models, containing information about the training programs, teachers, schedule of events, additional materials, etc.

We are glad to see how "adult education" is developing in Russia, and that is why it has become especially pleasing and interesting for us to implement a corporate educational platform.
